Our Laser
With our 9kW Amada Fibre lasers we can cut up to 30mm thick steel, 40mm thick stainless and 25mm thick aluminium, as well as 12mm thick copper and 15mm thick brass and titanium with a 4 metre by 2 metre cutting bed.
With our lasers we can profile using air as an assist gas as opposed to nitrogen or oxygen for most thicknesses of material which dramatically reduces costs for our customers and improves lead times.
Fibre optic CNC lasers are a recent advancement in profiling technology. They are faster, cheaper to run and much more efficient than older CO₂ lasers still in use. This allows us to supply parts cheaper and quicker than many of our competitors while having a reduced environmental impact.
